Making purchases at Mugma implies acceptance by the user of the following Purchase Conditions. The user declares to be of legal age and with the capacity to contract.

 

  1. Prices and taxes

The prices shown in Mugma include VAT in force and are valid as of today.

  • All our products have 21%.

Mugma reserves the right to modify the prices of the products at any time. These modifications will not apply to orders already placed and that are in process, but they will apply to new orders made by the client after the change, as well as to the modifications that the client requests in relation to previous orders.

 

  1. Descriptions and photographs of the products

Mugma pays special attention to the correct writing of the characteristics of the products. However, if the client detects an error, please send us an e-mail informing us of it to info@mugmabrand.com so that we can correct it.

At Mugma we try our best so your orders can leave our warehouse as soon as possible. You will receive an email to track where your order is. If you do not receive the email or the package within the previously established period, please contact us at info@mugmabrand.com.

Mugma is not responsible for delivery errors if the address entered by the customer is not correct or is incomplete.

For shipments outside the European Union, the customer will be responsible for custom taxes.

 

  1. Methods of payment

In Customer you can choose the following forms of payment:

  • Payment by debit / credit card
  • Paypal
  • ShopPay
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay

 

  1. Right to cancel the order

Purchases made must be paid at the time of purchase.

Similarly, Mugma reserves the right to cancel any purchase likely to be fraudulent or whose data is inaccurate or shows signs of falsehood.

 

  1. Returns and right of withdrawal

Our maxim is the satisfaction of our customers and the guarantee of the products offered. Therefore, the Client has 30 calendar days from the receipt of the merchandise to request the return of the product and in compliance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.

Returns of products without their original packaging and documentation or unsealed products will not be accepted. Returns of products with damaged packaging or packaging for reasons attributable to the Customer will not be accepted either.

To exercise the right of return, you must notify us by email info@mugmabrand.com indicating the Order No.

The Client must return, without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which he communicates his decision to withdraw from the contract. The term will be considered fulfilled if you return the goods before said term has expired, sending them to: Plaza Sierra de Aralar 3, 31200 Estella-Lizarra, Navarra.

 

  1. Product warranty

All of our products come with a manufacturer's warranty.

 

8.1. Defective products

In the event that you find any anomaly in the product received, you must inform us as soon as possible the order number and attached, if necessary, photographs of the state of the order in order to trace the product.

 

8.2. Incidents of transport or in the processing of the order.

We guarantee to provide a solution to any logistical incident that may arise, both losses, breakages, errors, changes or any anomaly that could affect the order during transport.

In this case, the client must notify us within a maximum period of 48 hours after receiving the order to process the corresponding claim. If the box is broken or the transport packaging is manipulated, the customer must note this on the transport delivery note upon receipt of the merchandise.

In case of transport breakage, the customer must send us the following photographs to be able to make the corresponding claim to the logistics agency:

  • Photograph of the damaged product.
  • Photograph of the product in the box showing the packaging and its protection.
  • External photograph of the box where the data on the transport label can be seen.

In any of the cases of this point (8.1 and 8.2) the product will be exchanged free of charge for the customer, once the item(s) have been received and their condition checked.

It must be taken into account that returns that have not been previously communicated, nor those sent postage due, will not be accepted.

 

  1. Applicable legislation and submission to Fueros

The purchases made on this website are subject to Spanish legislation. In the event of any dispute that may arise from the interpretation of these general purchase conditions and the possible actions derived from the purchase procedure, it is covered by the Consumer Arbitration System, recognizing the effectiveness of the awards issued by it.

The European Commission offers a platform for alternative dispute resolution, which the Customer can access here: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

When the parties do not submit to the Consumer Arbitration System, in the event that any conflict or discrepancy arises in the interpretation or application of these contractual conditions, the Courts and Tribunals that, where appropriate, will hear the matter, will be the ones that provided by the applicable legal regulations in matters of competent jurisdiction, in which it is served, in the case of final consumers, to the place of fulfilment of the obligation or to the domicile of the purchasing party.

In the event that the purchasing party acts on behalf of a legal entity, both parties submit, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, to the Courts and Tribunals of Navarra.
