At Mugma we try our best to ensure that your orders can leave our warehouse as soon as possible. You will receive an email to track where your order is. If you do not receive the email or the package within the previously established period, please contact us at info@mugmabrand.com.
Mugma is not responsible for delivery errors if the address entered by the customer is not correct or is incomplete.
For shipments outside the European Union, the customer will be responsible for custom taxes.
- RETURNS
Returns are totally free except for countries in Europe II, Europe III and Rest of the world.
The return costs for these areas are:
Europe II: €15
Europe III: €18
Rest of the world: €20
You have 30 days after the order confirmation email to make the return.
To make the return:
- Send an email to: info@mugmabrand.com with the following information:
- Order number
- Customer name
- Pickup address
- Put the garments you want to return in the original packaging and close it well. We will send a carrier to pick up your package at the address you have facilitate us.
- Once the return is received, we will proceed to the refund after having verified that the product is in perfect condition. The amount of the refund will be made through the same payment method used to make the purchase. If the return is associated with a cost, this will be deducted from the total amount of the return. Shipping costs are not refundable with the return.
To carry out the return, the product must be in perfect condition. In other words, returns of used products, without labels, washed, with stains, odours or any other condition that prevents them from being sold as new are not accepted.
Changes are not allowed, only returns.
Returns of Mugma garments that have not been purchased through www.mugmabrand.com are not allowed.
